Victoria knows Hollywood

A native Southern Californian, Victoria began her career in Real Estate in her typical whirlwind way.  Her first year of sales exceeded ten million dollars and she has seen a rise of ten percent or greater each year since.  For her first year achievements, Victoria was given the prestigious Rookie of the Year award for the Southern California Region of Coldwell Banker.  She was also admitted into the International Diamond Society, named one of the Top Fifty New Agents for the Southern California Region and recognized as a Coldwell Banker Previews International Agent – something that is generally reserved for agents with a minimum of two years experience, encompassing the top percentage of agents world wide. Most recently, Victoria was honored with membership to Manchester Who’s Who Registry of Executives and Professionals.

Victoria has been honored to represent the sales of homes such as the Vince Vaughn and Tawny Kitean Estates.  Most recently she represented Mr. Alan Rothenberg - former President of the Los Angeles Clippers and currently on the Airport Planning Commission and founding partner of the prestigious Manatt, Phelps, Rothenberg & Phillips Law firm – in the purchase of a multi-million dollar Beverly Hills home. 

 Constantly evolving her business, Victoria has spent the last two years working to stay at the forefront of technology, becoming one of the first agents to utilize QR codes and YouTube videos to tour her properties.  Recently, she has had many properties featured on Curbed L.A., The Huffington Post and L.A. Time's Hot Properties, leading to extensive international coverage in unconventional ways.

 In addition to her business ventures, Victoria has been an active supporter of The Leukemia – Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training program by first raising funds and running a marathon to later mentoring athletes to run their first marathon.  In addition, Victoria recently traveled to Peru to spend two weeks working with orphans.  Upon witnessing the conditions there and meeting the children, Victoria commissioned a playground to be built on the site of the orphanage.  Out of this experience, Victoria is currently working on her latest venture, “A Place to Play,” a non-profit organization which will allow volunteers to travel to third world countries to build playgrounds for children in orphanages as well as schools.
