The first time I met Victoria, I knew we were a perfect fit.  I was immediately impressed with her catered Open House and relaxed manner.  There was no sales pitch from this one!  It was simply, come in and enjoy yourself.  I was so comfortable with her, that I asked her to send me more listings in the same price range.  After looking at many more houses, I decided that my real dream home was the one I originally met her at.  We decided to write an offer on the house and within hours found that it was going to be ours!  To our relief Victoria made sure EVERY detail was taken care of before we realized it needed to be done, and a lot of details were needed in this transaction.

 After securing the house, we found that there were a lot of issues, from drainage problems under the house to problems with the doors closing correctly.  After the issues with the house were found, Victoria expertly negotiated a credit from the Seller so that our cost for repairs was minimal.

Unfortinuately, issues arose and we were not able to stay in the Los Angeles area.  Six weeks after moving in, we listed the house with Victoria.  Within 24 hours, she was able to secure an offer on the house for a quarter of a million dollars MORE than what we paid.  Considering that the house had been on the market for nearly a year when we purchased it, we were more than pleased with the outcome.
